Darlington Post Office robbery

The incident happened at around 5.45am this morning (February 16) at Blackwell Post Office, Darlington.

A quantity of cash and cigarettes were taken after a member of staff was threatened with what looked like a handgun before the two male robbers made off.

Staff were not injured but left shaken by the incident.
