Darlington murder update - woman charged
This is an update to the murder investigation in Darlington which started on Tuesday.
A woman has been charged with murder after a woman was killed in Darlington earlier this week.
Julie Gowling, 43, of Louisa Street, Darlington will appear at Newton Aycliffe magistrates court this morning, Thurs 8 Dec.
The incident happened in a property on Louisa Street at around 12:30pm on Tuesday 6th December.
The victim, 36-year-old local woman Charlene Walker (pictured above), who is also known as Jamie Paylor, was confirmed dead at the scene.
