Archery equipment stolen in Ormesby robbery

Police are appealing for information after the garage of a property on Fairfield Avenue in Ormesby was broken into.

The incident occurred at around 2am on Thursday 20th May when a male on a pedal cycle approached the address and gained access to the garage.

A large amount of archery equipment worth thousands of pounds was stolen from the premises which is listed below:

• Bow 1 - Hoyt Horizon riser (black) & limbs (black) All in a backpack with an arrow tube.

• Bow 2 - KG Osprey carbon 30lbs (brown) In a long black velvet slip.

• Bow 3 - Hoyt Game Master II 50lbs.

• Personalised Green leather quiver and arm bracer.

• One set of 24 gold tipped carbon arrows (green and white fletching. Shafts look like wood).

• One set of 24 Carbon fibre arrows (dark grey shafts orange and white fletching)

• One set of 24 carbon fibre arrows (black shafts green and white fletching.

• One set of wooden arrows (white and grey fletching) x 12

• One set of aluminium arrows (grey shafts and orange fletching) x 12

Some of the stolen items can be seen in the images. The equipment is rare and not available locally.

Anyone who may have been offered the items for sale or has any information regarding the incident is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 080685.
