Reward Offered On Whereabouts Of Hartlepool Man

Published 15th Oct 2015

Independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers is today offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information on the whereabouts of a local man wanted in connection with a series of offences including actual bodily harm and false imprisonment.

Adrian Craigs, 31, from Hartlepool, is accused of committing a number of crimes on top of those already mentioned, including common assault and driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as breach of bail.

He is believed to be in the local area and is thought to be driving a grey 4x4 to move around.

Now Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information given to the charity that leads to the arrest of Craigs.

Dave Hunter, Crimestoppers Regional Manager for the North East, said: “Craigs is accused of some pretty nasty crimes and for this reason its important residents help us locate him, but I’d also stress that you should not approach him.

“I’d ask anyone who may have information on his whereabouts to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, safe in the knowledge that Craigs, and anybody else for that matter, will never know you spoke to us.”

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Craigs then please contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or through our Anonymous Online Form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

*Note: The reward will only qualify if information is passed to Crimestoppers’ 0800 555 111 number or anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org. Information passed directly to police will not qualify for the full amount.
