Ted was diagnosed with Alzheimer's three years ago and as Mac explains on his JustGiving page his Dad became progressively more violent, however he goes on to say, 'when we've got him singing again he's back in the room. It's these moments that we treasure.'
Because of his love for music and performing Ted was nicknamed 'The Songaminute Man', so Mac decided to set up a to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.
Although he has uploaded a few videos, one video in particular proved to be very popular and has been viewed over 3 million times and shared over 52,000 times in just a coupe of weeks, also gaining 23,000 views on YouTube.
