Sharon Osbourne thanks fan who found her wedding ring at Villa Park
The TV personality had lost the ring as she attended an Aston Villa match
Sharon Osbourne has thanked a fan who had helped to find her wedding ring after she had lost it.
The star of TV shows including Meet the Osbournes and The X Factor had said she dropped the ring whilst attending an event at Aston Villa in Birmingham earlier this month.
At the event, Osbourne had met with a number of fans during the event before the launch of Aston Villa's new shop at Villa Park.
When she was about to leave the event, a fan approached her and handed her the ring, which she had realised had slipped from her hand.
Speaking on an Instagram video, the TV personality said: "I was walking across the car park to my car and this lady came running up to me and she goes, 'Is this your band?'
"I was like, 'Oh my God'. And she found it on the floor of the store and presumed it with mine and came running after me and gave it to me."
Sharon went on to say that she did not catch the name of the woman who came up to her with the ring as she "in such shock" about the discovery.
She went on to appeal to the public to help find the woman to help thank her for retrieving her ring.
"I just want to say a huge, huge thank you because my original one got stolen and Ozzy replaced it with this. And if I'd lost this, it would have been terrible," she said.
"Just thank you. Thank you. Thank you for returning it to me. It means so much to me. Thank you."
