Youths spotted playing on iced over Kirkcaldy pond
Police in Kirkcaldy have issued a reminder about the "serious dangers" of playing on frozen water - after receiving "numerous calls"
Police in Fife say they've received "numerous calls" from concerned residents about youths playing on frozen water.
The phonecalls relate to the pond at Beveridge Park in Kirkcaldy - which is currently iced over.
It comes after three boys died in Solihull on Sunday after falling into icy water - a fourth boy, who was rescued, remains in critical condition in hospital.
In a tweet Kirkcaldy Police said:
"If you know of anyone who is doing this, can you help us by asking them not to, and reminding them of the serious dangers please?"
