Young Dundee pilot dazzled by laser calls for tighter controls
A young Dundee pilot whose plane was targeted by a laser pen while flying over Fife has been telling Tay News about the experience.
19-year-old Liam Molloy who is studying for his Airline Transport Pilot Licence was doing a round trip from Dundee to Stirling on Sunday evening when a laser was shone at his plane.
Police believe the light came from the Methil area of Fife and are appealing for witnesses.
He spoke to our reporter Lizzie Parker about the experience.
