Woman in hospital with "life threatening" injuries after A82 crash

The road had to be closed for five hours yesterday afternoon.

A 77-year-old woman's in hospital with life-threatening injuries, following a two-car crash on the A82 near Luss yesterday.

She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.

Two men were also hospitalised, a 51 year old man and 76 year old with serious injuries. They have been taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received report of a two-vehicle crash on the A82 at the junction for Luss around 3.20pm on Saturday, 28 August, 2021.

The road had to be closed for five hours while police dealt with the incident.
