Woman Dead And Two Injured After Crash
Tragedy struck at around 07:00 this morning on the A977 near the Crook of Devon.
A female driver has died in a crash between a car and a van.
The woman was driving a grey Citroen Xsara when it collided with a white Ford Transit on the A977 Kinross to Crook Of Devon road in Perthshire at around 7.10am today.
Emergency services were called to the incident but the woman died at the scene.The male driver and passenger of the van suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
The road has been closed while officers investigate the circumstances of the crash and police appealed for any witnesses to contact them on the non-emergency 101 number.
