Fi Munro is 31 and from Perth. She is currently undergoing treatment for stage 4 ovarian cancer - her aim is to help people going through their own cancer journey, or supporting a loved one through cancer, to realise that it's possible to remain positive and live a happy and fulfilling life, even with a late stage diagnosis.
After receiving a £500 donation to treat herself and her husband - Fi decided that rather than using the money on treats, she would create 25 x £20 envelopes and hand these out to members of the public as a #RandonActOfKindness.
Despite her own challenges and daily struggles, Fi remains strong, positive and continues to put the needs of others ahead of her own.
We invited Fi, her Mum and Dad into Tay FM to play our ‘One Letter Game’ and to return that generosity she has shown to people across Tayside & Fife.
