Last updated 24th Oct 2017
Police are trying to find out how a car ended up colliding with a house near Glendoik.
The accident - which also involved another vehicle - happened on the A90 at around 1.35pm this afternoon.
Remarkably no one was seriously injured.
The man who lives there was out at the time - he's since been speaking to Tay News.
Mike Owens said: "The damage is to the bedroom which is pretty much destroyed, and also I had owls in an aviary.
"One of them has been taken in (to receive) care - the other has escaped.
"That's the real tragedy today."
Police are appealing for witnesses.
