A trio of European Brown Bears have made their first public appearance at Dundee's Camperdown Wildlife Centre.

Brumm, Maja and Brumma are 22 month-old siblings who moved to Tayside from Kolmadren Zoo in Sweden last November.

The young bears were brought to Camperdown to live alongside older female, Star, who lost her long term companion, Comet, of 30 years last Summer.

Keeper, Katie Mather is happy with how the youngsters have settled in so far.

She said: "They're having a brilliant time, they're really enjoying it and have been lots of fun.

They've come from Sweden which is obviously much colder than Scotland, so they've been nice and warm for the past couple of weeks".

The park marked the occassion by granting free entry to the first 200 visitors.
