It's one of Dundee's most prominent shopping streets but many of the shops on Reform Street are sitting empty.

One local man has decided to do something about that.

Scott Cooper is trying to organise a pop up event which will see all the unused buildings filled with temporary shops for one weekend. He's launched an online crowdfunding page to make the event a reality.

He hopes it remove the barrier of high rental rates for small independent businesses and attract retailers on a more permanent basis.

He's been talking to our reporter Lizzie Parker.
