Two of Steven Donaldson's killers have lodged appeals to fight their sentences.
Lawyers for the Arbroath oil worker's ex-girlfriend Tasmin Glass - who was given a 10 year sentence for culpable homicide - submitted the paperwork last Friday.
A spokesman for the high court in Edinburgh also confirmed Callum Davidson is formally appealing both his 24-year sentence and his murder conviction.
It comes after the pair lodged a notice of intent in June alongside Steven Dickie - who was jailed for 23 years- but he did not submit an appeal by last week's deadline.
Steven Donaldson was repeatedly stabbed and beaten to death at a nature reserve just outside Kirriemuir last summer.
