Two men have been arrested following a stand off with Police at a flat in Perth.
Emergency services were first called to Grampian Court at around 1.45am with a 37-year-old man being taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries following an alleged assault.
Officers were then reported to be negotiating with a man who had barricaded himself inside a flat on the street.
Since then Police have confirmed two men, aged 28 and 38 have been arrested - a 36-year-old woman who was also in the property is now assisting officers.
Enquries are ongoing and the cordon surrounding the area has been removed and Crieff Road has re-opened.
