Two dogs stolen in Angus break-in

Police are appealing for information.

Police in Tayside are currently investigating a break-in to a premises in Glen Prosen, north of Kirriemuir in Angus. Where two female dogs were taken.

The theft took place sometime between 2pm – 5pm yesterday (Thursday 19th August) which involved the theft of two female dogs.

The two dogs are tan and white, and both are female. Other items stolen included a leaf-blower and tools.

A white van, possibly a Transit or similar, with noticeable rust spots was seen in the area around the time of the theft.

Unfortunately police say they do not have any further confirmed details at this time.

In a post on their Facebook page, Tayside Police said: 'If you have any information that could assist us, please call 101 or speak to any police officer. '
