Two arrested after mass fight in St Andrews
A teenager and a man have been arrested in connection with a serious disturbance in St Andrews.
The pair, aged 16 and 20, are expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday.
Two men were seriously injured after fighting involving a group of eight to 10 youths broke out in the Abbey Street area of the town on Saturday.
Police Scotland Detective Chief Inspector John Anderson said: 'We would like to reassure the local community that we are continuing to follow positive lines of enquiry to establish the involvement of others in this incident, and I would like to thank the public for their assistance.'
