Man charged after three-year-old assaulted in Dundee
The toddler was attacked at the Overgate Shopping Centre in the city.
Police have confirmed a 37-year-old man has been charged after a toddler was assaulted in Dundee.
The three-year-old was attacked at the Overgate Shopping Centre on Friday the 27th of September.
A report's being submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
