Three boys charged over Dundee house fire

Three boys have been charged in connection with a fire which destroyed a house in Dundee.

Firefighters were called to a fire at a single-storey timber-framed house which was still being built at Lewis Terrace in the Mill O'Mains area of the city just after 7.30pm on Monday.

The house was destroyed and two others were damaged by the blaze.

Police Scotland have confirmed that three boys aged eight, 10 and 13 have been charged in relation to the incident.

All three will be reported to the Youth Justice Assessor.
