Thousands of pounds worth of cigarettes stolen from Dundee shop

Thousands of pounds worth of cigarettes have been stolen from a Dundee convenience store.

Police are investigating a break-in to Farzini's Convenience Store on Cleppington Road. It's believed that the incident happened sometime between 8.45pm on Sunday 26 June and 7.15am yesterday morning (Monday, June 27).

A three figure sum of cash was stolen along with thousands of pounds worth of cigarettes, tobacco and lighters.

Officers are asking anyone who was in the area at the time and saw any suspicious activity, people or vehicles is asked to contact Police on 101.
