Sudden death of baby in Brechin "not suspicious"

Police say the sudden death of a baby in Brechin at the weekend isn't being treated as suspicious.

Officers were called to a property on Damacre Road in the town at 7am on Sunday after the 3-week-old boy died suddenly.

We understand no further action is being taken.

A report's being submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and police say officers are continuing to liaise and support the family
