Spanish man subjected to unprovoked racist attack in Dundee

It happened on Saturday 10th June at the bus stop beside Marco Polo and Tesco on Hawkhill

Police Scotland is appealing for information regarding an incident which took place on Saturday 10th June at the bus stop beside Marco Polo and Tesco on Hawkhill, Dundee, at around 7:10pm.

A man standing with two other persons at the bus stop spat in the face of a passing Spanish man in an unprovoked assault. Not only were his actions particularly disgusting, but he then subjected the victim to verbal racist abuse.

The person responsible is described as being in his early 20s, about 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build with short brown hair, and wearing a red top.
