School Closures and Disruption to School Buses In Angus
Update from Angus Council on School Closures and School Bus Disruptions.
School closures across Angus:
AIRLIE PRIMARY, EASSIE PRIMARY, INVERARITY PRIMARY, ISLA PRIMARY, LETHNOT PRIMARY, STRACATHRO PRIMARY, TARFSIDE PRIMARY,
TANNADICE PRIMARY is closed to pupils using school bus transport only.
And the school bus transport disruption across Angus is as follows..
Contract A/39 (Monifieth High School) will not serve Muirloch, Berryhill, Binns, Balrudderry, Mains of Fowlis, Fowlis, Cransley or any points in Liff village the bus will operate from Liff Primary School departing at 08:11, again in the afternoon only Liff Primary School will be served arriving approximately 16.20.
Contract A/40 (Monifieth High School) will not serve Lochindores the vehicle will operate from Piperdam departing at 8.05.
Contract A/42 (Monifieth High School) will not serve, Newtyle, B954/Auchterhouse, Hosie Park, North Dronley, East Adamston, Backmuir of Liff the vehicle will operate from Dronley Road, Birkhill departing at 08:14.
Contract A/43 (Monifieth High School) will not serve Bonnyton Road, Auchterhouse, Eastfield, Pitpointiethe vehicle will operate from Birkhill Primary School departing at 08:15, please also note that Contract A/12 which transports pupils in the Auchterhouse area connecting with Contract A/43 will not operate
Contract A/12 (Liff Primary School) will not serve Cransley Farm pupils can board/alight the vehicle at Benvie Road,Fowlis at 08.46 and after 15.37, please note the vehicle will be operating later in the afternoon due to the diversion via Muirhead.
Service 128 (Webster High School) will not operate.
Contract B/1 (Andover Primary School) unable to serve Powmill Farm.
Contract B/17 (Brechin High School) unable to serve Powmill Steading.
Contract B/21 (Brechin High School and Maisondieu Primary School) unable to serve Wellsden, Lundie Mains, Chapelton/Cairndrum, Lummington.
Contract ASP/3 (Brechin High School) will not serve Grange of Airlie or Tigerton
Contract F/3 (Whitehills Primary and Strathmore Primary) - unable to serve West Mains of Turin Farm R/e, B9113/Rescobie Old Schoolhouse R/e and B9113/Wemyss R/e.
Contract K/14 (Webster’s High School) will not operate
Contract K/20 (Webster’s High School) will not operate
Contract K/23 (Webster’s High School) will not operate
Contract K/25 (Webster’s High School) will not operate
