Prisoner who absconded from open jail found
Gary Fraser, 36, failed to return to HMP Castle Huntly near Dundee after a temporary spell of leave.
An inmate who absconded from an open jail has been found.
Gary Fraser, 36, failed to return to HMP Castle Huntly near Dundee after a temporary spell of leave.
He was reported missing to Police Scotland at 6pm on Sunday.
Members of the public had been warned not to approach Fraser if they saw him and were advised to contact police instead.
Officers confirmed on Monday evening that the prisoner had been traced safe and well''.
