Police are searching for a prisoner from a prisoner just outside Dundee who has failed to return after home leave.

Thomas Proctor failed to return to HMP, Castle Huntly aHfter being let out for a period of home leave. The 33-year-old was reported missing at 3pm on Wednesday 22 June. It is understood he may have travelled to the Airdrie area. He is described as being six feet tall, with short dark hair. If seen, members of the public should not approach him and should contact Police Scotland on 101. Anyone wishing to provide information anonymously can do so through the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
