Police probe unexplained Dundee death
Emergency services responded to Bell Street this morning
Police in Dundee are investigating the death of a man in the city.
Emergency services were called to Bell Street at around 11am where a man was pronounced dead.
The death is being treated as unexplained.
Police enquires into the death are at an early stage.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11am on Friday, 31 January, 2025, we were called to Bell Street, Dundee where a man was pronounced dead.
“Enquiries are at an early stage and the death is currently being treated as unexplained.”
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 10:55 to attend an incident near Victoria Road, Dundee. Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene.”
