Police officer treated for stab wound after Fife disturbance
It happened in Tayport early on Saturday morning
A man's been arrested and charged after a police officer was allegedly stabbed.
The 46-year-old was called to reports of a disturbance in Tayport shortly before 1am on Saturday June 29.
There, he sustained a puncture wound which required hospital treatment.
He's now said to be recovering at home.
Police have now confirmed a 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder.
