Police conclude month-long Allan Bryant search at Glenrothes house

Police Scotland says the search of a house in connection with the disappearance of Glenrothes man Allan Bryant has uncovered no new leads.

Officers have been searching the property on Barnton Place since June 16.

The 23-year-old has not been seen since he left a nightclub in Fife in November 2013.

The search for him has been the biggest Police Scotland has ever conducted in Fife but no traces have been found.

Police Scotland has said though that they believe someone in the Glenrothes area holds the key to Allan's disappearance.

Detective Inspector Stuart Wilson of the Major Investigation Team said: “We still believe that someone in the Glenrothes area has information that will assist with our inquiries. I would ask that person to come forward and help us give the Bryant family the answers they are desperately seeking.

Anyone with information regarding Allan’s whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.
