Police appeal following Coupar Angus robbery

A 64 year old man is recovering after robbery in Coupar Angus on Friday.

Three men pushed him to the ground and stole a wallet, and its contents, including a small amount of money.

The incident occurred on George Street between 11pm and midnight on August 4.

The three suspects are described as being aged between 30 and 40 years old, all wearing dark hooded jumpers, and are thought to have spoken with Eastern European accents.

Officers are appealing for information after reviewing the CCTV footage in the area.
