Firefighters tackling blaze at a Perth recycling centre
Local residents are being asked to avoid the area and to keep windows closed due to the smoke.
A blaze has broken out at a Perth industrial estate.
Firefighters were first alerted to the fire at Shore Recycling on Friarton Industrial Estate at 04:30 this morning.
Police officers are also attending the incident with the fire service.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed six crews remain at the scene.
A spokesperson said: "We were alerted to reports of a fire at 4.30am on Sunday 4 September at a recycling centre in Friarton Industrial Estate in Perth.
"Six fire appliances and two height appliances were mobilised to the location where crews remain at the scene dealing with the incident."
Police Scotland say there are no injuries.
A spokesperson said: "We are currently in attendance with Scottish Fire and Rescue Service at a fire at premises on Friarton Rd in Perth.
"The fire is contained to the site and no one has been injured.
"We would ask local residents to keep doors and windows closed due to smoke from the fire and avoid the area while emergency services deal with the incident."
