Motorcyclist killed in Angus crash named
A motorcyclist who died following a road traffic accident on the B9113 Forfar to Montrose Road on Sunday has been formally identified, Police Scotland has confirmed.
56-year-old James Donald from Letham in Angus was fatally injured when his black Triumph motorbike collided with a Hyundai Tucson SUV at around 4:30pm on 9 April.
He was treated by paramedics but tragically died at the scene.
Three people in the car were taken to hospital and were released after treatment for minor injuries.
As with all sudden deaths, a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
