Missing Scone man spotted in Stonehaven
The 65-year-old was reported missing from his home on Tuesday.
Detectives in Perth, searching for missing Peter Edwards, have confirmed he was seen getting off a bus in Stonehaven on Tuesday afternon.
The 65-year-old arrived in Aberdeen around 12pm on November 1 and took the 2pm bus to Stonehaven arriving at 3.20pm in Barclay Street.
There is concern for Peter's welfare and officers would like to hear from anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts.
Peter is described as 5ft 9" in height, balding with a grey beard and sideburns and gold rimmed glasses.
When last seen he was wearing a long sleeved grey shirt, black tank top jumper, tie, grey trousers and black leather shoes.
He speaks with an American accent.
Officers are carrying out door to door enquiries and reviewing CCTV in effort to trace Peter.
