Man knocked unconscious in Arbroath nightclub

A 52 year old man was knocked unconscious in an Arbroath nightclub, leaving him with multiple facial fractures and a loss of vision.

Police have appealed for information to find witnesses after the attack in DeVitos nightclub at around 2am yesterday.

Police are looking to trace a man described as white, in his 20s and about 6 feet tall. He is also described as wearing a Superman t-shirt, and has tattoos on both arms along with a Chinese symbol on his left arm.

They are asking anyone who was in the club at that time and saw the incident take place to call 101 or talk to any Police officer
