Man injured in Arbroath baseball bat attack

A man was found in the street after being attacked with a baseball bat in Arbroath.

The victim was assaulted by at least two other men, who struck him repeatedly on the head and body.

He was found in the Brechin Road area, although it is not certain where the attack took place.

Officers believe the incident happened during the late evening of Tuesday October 17.
