Man In Hospital After Fire In Dundee Street
A man has been taken to hospital following a fire in a Dundee street.
The 40-year-old was taken to Ninewells Hospital after the incident in Laird Street on Friday, Police Scotland confirmed.
Police were photographed investigating a silver Ford Focus with a petrol can lying beside it, items of charred clothing, a child's scooter and a baseball bat. A police spokeswoman said: We can confirm that a 40-year-old male has been taken to Ninewells Hospital after an incident in Laird Street, Dundee. Police Scotland are still investigating.''
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman confirmed that fire crews were in attendance and referred all other inquiries to Police Scotland.
