Man charged with murder following Kelty death

A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder following the death of Colin Oliphant in Kelty.
Mr Oliphant sustained serious injuries before passing away at a flat in Keltyhill Avenue around 11am on Wednesday 6th September.
An inquiry was launched by Police Scotland's Major Investigation Team and a man was later arrested and charged.
He will appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Monday, September 11.
Officers would like to thank the public and media for their assistance throughout this investigation.
Mr Oliphant's family said he would be greatly missed''.
In a statement released through the force, they said: Colin was a doting father and much-loved by those who knew him. He will be greatly missed.''
