Man charged in connection with military vehicle crash at Dunkeld hotel

It struck a wall and gate of the Atholl Arms just after 9am - no one was injured

A military vehicle's crashed into a hotel in Dunkeld.

It happened at the Atholl Arms just after 9am.

No one was injured - a male driver's been charged in connection.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.10am on Tuesday, 22 September, 2020, police received a report that a vehicle struck a wall and gate on Tay Terrace in Dunkeld.

"The male driver has been charged in connection with road traffic offences and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
