Arrest made after armed robbery at Dundee newsagents
It happened shortly after noon today
Police have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with a robbery at Keystore Newsagents, Dunholm Road, Dundee.
It happened on Friday, 22 November, 2019.
The man has been kept in police custody and is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, 25 November, 2019.
The incident happened around 12.05pm on Friday, 22 November at Keystore Newsagents on Dunholm Road.
A man entered the store and approached the till before presenting a knife. He threatened the 26-year-old woman working in the store before making off with a three figure sum of money.
Detective Sergeant Lucy Cameron of Dundee CID said: "The young shop worker was not injured but was left extremely shaken by this ordeal."
