Man appears in court charged in connection with £465,000 drugs haul
A man appeared in court today charged in connection with a drugs haul valued at almost half a million pounds.
It follows following an operation in Dundee that recovered class A and class B drugs worth £465,000.
John Nicholson, 42, of Dundee, appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on petition facing four charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
During a brief private hearing he made no plea or declaration to charges that he was concerned in the supply of drugs.
Sheriff Lorna Drummond QC continued the case for further examination and remanded Nicholson in custody ahead of a further hearing next week.
