We've changed Steven's name to protect his identity. He managed to give up alcohol completely after going through a 12-step programme at Dundee's Jericho House.
They provide residential care for recovering alcoholics and give them help and support dealing with their addiction.
He believes more needs to be done to educate people about alcoholism and addiction.
