A large part of Dundee city council's headquarters will remain closed on Wednesday after a power failure forced staff to go home.
Counter services at Dundee house will re-open - but work is still ongoing to restore it to full capacity.
Staff are being urged to work from home where possible.
A Dundee city council statement reads: "Counter services for the public at Dundee House will reopen tomorrow.
"A limited number of counter staff will be available on the ground floor of the building to help the public.
"However, the remainder of Dundee House will again be closed to the public and staff while emergency systems are fully reinstated.
"Dundee House-based staff are asked to work from home where possible, unless advised to report to an alternative location.
"IT services, including the council website, partner websites and email, have been restored following disruption earlier today.
"Everything possible continues to be done to ensure council services are maintained, but some short-term issues may arise so please bear with us."
