WATCH: Police looking into Kingsway e-scooter rider

Police say they're looking into footage of a rider apparently speeding on the Kingsway on an e-scooter.

The video shows the person overtaking a vehicle on the dual carriageway near Caird Park

They're currently only allowed to be used on private land.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said : "We are aware of the matter and are looking into it."
