Police in Angus are appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself to a passing motorist in East Abbey Street, Arbroath at about 7.50am on Monday, September 21st. The man who is described as being over 50-years-of-age, tall and with short brown hair, that is greying at the sides, was wearing a dark blue puffy jacket at the time of the incident. He was standing at the entrance to the locally named 'Spider Park', which is located on the corner of Abbey Path and East Abbey Street. Anyone who was in the area at the time and who saw a man matching this description is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
