Government to allow Fatal Accident Inquiries into Deaths of Scots Abroad

The Government is bringing in plans to allow Fatal Accident Inquiries in to the deaths of Scottish citizens abroad. Blair Jordan fell to his death working on the BP tanker “British Pioneer” off the coast of Japan in 2009. His mother, Caroline Beveridge, from Aberdour, has campaigned to extend FAIs to deaths abroad. She's been speaking to our Political Editor Colin Mackay.
