Several NATO Warships have docked in Dundee, with the first two arriving in the early hours of this morning, with another two warships making their way up the Tay this afternoon.

The first NATO Warship A1411, a German replenishment ship, docked near the King George V Wharf Road in the early hours. Followed by NATO Warship F362, a Danish vessel.

They have now been joined by another two NATO ships, which were stationed around 15 nautical miles of the coast of Arbroath for much of Friday morning.

“A combined port visit is a way to maintaining the existing strong relationships,” Commodore, Standing NATO Maritime Group One Commander A. van de Sande said. “Interaction and building relationships between sailors from around the world, but also with the local communities of allied nations during port visits, make us stand together.”
