Seven Appliances Deal with Hotel Blaze
Fire crews have been tackling a blaze at a derelict hotel in Perth.
They were called to the scene at the former Waverley Hotel in York Place, at around 9.40pm after reports of a fire in the roof.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said the building was "well alight''.
Seven appliances made of crews from Perth, Dundee and Dunkeld were in attendance.
The blaze was brought under control by around 1.20 am and no injuries were reported.
