Fire crews tackling "well developed" roof fire in Angus
Seven appliances have been sent to North Latch Road
Emergency crews are battling a fire at a house in Brechin.
They say the well-developed blaze is on the roof of the building on North Latch Road and that seven appliances were sent after they were alerted around 1.56pm today.
There are no reported casualties.
Police are on the scene assisting with traffic management.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 1.56pm on Wednesday, 15 January, to reports of a dwelling fire on North Latch Road, Brechin.
“Operations Control mobilised seven fire appliances to the scene to tackle a well developed fire affecting the roof of the property.
“There are no reported casualties and crews remain at the scene."
