Watch : financial boost for Dundee FC in naming rights deal

Dundee FC have signed a historic deal with Tayside engineering company Kilmac for the sponsorship of the stadium.

The agreement sees it named the "Kilmac Stadium at Dens Park" for the next two years.

Kilmac are a long serving supporter of the club, which has worked with them in a number of ventures previously including the main shirt sponsorship.

Dundee Managing Director John Nelms has been speaking to our Sports Editor Dave Galloway.

Kilmac MD Richard Kilcullen says “It’s an honour to sponsor the stadium. We really feel it takes our already great relationship with the club to another level. We realise the importance to the fans to keep Dens Park in the name in what will be the last few years as the home of Dundee Football Club."
