Fife man charged with dangerous driving

A Fife man has been charged as part of a police crackdown on dangerous drivers in the region.

A 21 year old from Methil has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for failing to hold a valid licence and insurance, and dangerous driving.

The incident took place on Laburnum Road in the town earlier today (May 18th)

It comes as part of an ongoing campaign ‘Operation Reflector.’

Sergeant Craig Fyall who is based in Levenmouth said: “Operation Reflector continues to produce positive results and through this ongoing effort we have successfully detected another illegal driver. Our aim is to address this public concern and make sure we are effective in capturing illegal drivers and confiscating their vehicles. So far we have seized more than 20 cars this year.”
